Front Desk
As soon as you walk into our manifest area, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team. They’ll help you get checked in quickly and smoothly!
You’ll just need to show a valid photo I.D., step on the scale, and sign our online waiver.
(Don’t worry. Your weight is completely private. Only the team member checking you in will see it, and it won’t be visible to anyone else. If you’re curious, you can read more here about why we need to know the weight of both Tandem Instructors and students.)
Our Waiting Area
Take a seat and relax (or try to—we know the excitement is real!) in our waiting area.
Once you’re checked in, a certified Tandem Instructor will give you a safety briefing to get you ready for your big jump.
Feeling snacky? We’ve got vending machines available. (Just a heads up, they’re cash only.)
